针尖挑拔-金因肽贴片法治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔的疗效观察

The Curative Effect of Needle Point Plucking-Recombinant with Human Epidermal Growth Factor (rhEGF) Pasting Therapy on Treating Perforation of Traumatic Tympanic Membrane

目的 :探讨用针尖挑拔 金因肽贴片法治疗长期不愈外伤性鼓膜穿孔的疗效。方法 :对 4 6例长期不愈的鼓膜穿孔患者 ,运用针尖挑拔 金因肽贴片法治疗。结果 :运用针尖挑拔 金因肽贴片法治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔 4 6例 ,4 5例治愈 ,治愈率 97.8%。结论 :用针尖挑拔 -金因肽贴片法治疗长期不愈的外伤性鼓膜穿孔 ,疗效显著 。

Objective: To observe the effect of needle point plucking rhEGF pasting therapy on treating traumatic tympanic membrane.Methods:Forty six patients were treated with needle point plucking rhEGF pasting therapy on treating perforation of traumatic tympanic membrane.Results:The total Cure rate was 97.8%(45/46).Conclusion:Needle point plucking rhEGF pasting therapy on treating perforation of traumatic tympanic membrane is effect.This observation demonstrated that the rhEGF could improve the healing of perforation of traumatic tympanic membrane.
