高频X线摄影对乳腺癌诊断的评价(附102例分析)

Evaluation of High Frequency X-Ray in Diagnosis of Breast Cancer

目的 :评价高频X线摄影对乳腺癌的诊断 ,提高乳腺癌的诊断率。方法 :取经手术、病理、证实的 10 2例 (10 5例次 )乳腺癌的术前乳腺片进行回顾性综合分析。结果 :10 2例 (10 5例次 )乳腺癌中 ,表现为肿块影的 4 7例次、表现浸润的 8例次、表现钙化的 33例次、电脑定位穿刺活检 5例次、间接征象 12例次。结论 :高频X线机具有小焦点、自动暴光控制、能够多位置投照 ,能够大大提高乳腺癌的诊断率 。

Objective:To evaluate high frequency X ray in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods:One hundred and two high frequency X ray images of breast cancer surgically confirmed were comprehensively analyzed.Results:There were tumors in 47 cases,calcification in 33 cases,structurat derangement in 8 cases,biopsy in 5 cases,and indirect signs in 12 cases.Conclusion:the high frequency X ray is of great value in diagnosis of breast cancer,which may predict the pathologic characteristics of the tumor.
