阶跃式变比例介质膜分束器的研制

Development of a beam splitter coated with step-reflectivity film

本文提出一种非常实用的介质膜分束器。主要特点是吸收损耗低、光损阈值高、均匀性好、阶跃式变比、适用于可见波段连续激光和 Q-开关激光的分束。文中给出了实验测试结果,并对其特性进行了讨论。

This paper introduces a practical dielectric film beam splitter.The splitter has the properties of less energy absorption,higher optic damage threshold,good optical homogeneity and beam splitting with step ratio.It can be used in visible laser and Q-switch laser. The experimental results are given and discussed.
