带锁髓内钉及开放穿钉技术在股骨及胫骨骨折中的应用

Treatment of femoral and tibial fractures with interlocking intramedullary nails and opening nails

目的 总结应用带锁髓内钉及开放穿钉技术对股骨及胫骨骨折的治疗经验。方法 应用带锁髓内钉及开放穿钉技术治疗股骨及胫骨骨折 2 9例。结果 经半年以上随访全部骨折均骨性愈合 ,关节功能恢复优良率达 10 0 % ,效果良好。结论 本术式具有适应证广 ,手术创伤小 ,感染率低 ,无需“C”型臂、X线机等优点 ,术后不用外固定 ,便于肢体早期功能锻炼。

Objective To summarize the experience of treating femoral and tibial fractures with interlocking intramedullary nails and opening nails.Methods Twenty-nine patients with femoral and tibial fractures were treated with interlocking intramedullary nails and opening nails from Oct.,1999 to May.,2002.Results All cases were followed-up more than 6 months.All fractures were eventually healed without delayed union.Patients recovered well and the clinical effect was satisfied.Conclusion The advantages of this operative method include wide indications,few operative damages higher healing rate of fracture and lower infective rate.The procedure dose not need C-arm and X-ray machine and the patients dose not need the external fixator for earlier period functional exercises.
