Management experience of thoracoscopic operation in the aged during perioperative period

目的 探讨老年人胸腔镜手术的围手术期处理的有关问题。方法 回顾性分析 79例 6 0岁以上需行电视胸腔镜手术的老年人术前、术中及术后的治疗情况。结果 在接受胸腔镜手术的 79例 ,治愈出院78例 ,术后并发症 32例 ,死亡 1例。结论 加强心理辅导 ,树立自信心是手术的基础 ,积极治疗基础疾病 ,调节提高机体免疫状态是老年人接受手术的前提 ,重视肺部感染的防治是提高手术成功的关键。

Objective To explore the problems about thoracoscopic operation in the aged during perioperative period.Methods Clinical data of 78 aged cases accepted thoracoscopic operation were reviewed.Results Among 79 cases,78 cases were cured and 32 cases were found to develope postoperative complications and 1 case died.Conclusion Intensive psychological guidance and confidence are the basis of operation.Active treatment of basal disorder and regulation of immune status of body are the prereguisite for operation.Prevention and treatment of pulmouary infection is the key of successful operation.
