钻孔后尿激酶溶解并双腔管冲洗引流术治疗非急性期硬脑膜外血肿

Burr halo craniotomy with urokinase clot lysis and double-cavity cannula irrigation-drainage for the treatment of non-acute-phased exdural hematomas

目的 探讨颅骨钻孔后尿激酶溶解并双腔管冲洗引流术治疗非急性期硬脑膜外血肿的适应证、方法及效果。方法 回顾性分析 36例经该法治疗的非急性期硬脑膜外血肿病人的临床特点及疗效。结果 所有血肿均在短时间内清除 ,未发现再出血、颅内感染等并发症。结论 钻孔后尿激酶溶解并双腔管冲洗引流术治疗非急性期硬脑膜外血肿是一种简单、有效的方法。

Objective To study the indication,method and efficacy of burr halo craniotomy with urokinase clot lysis and double-cavity cannula irrigation-drainage for the treatment of non-acute-phased exdural hematomas.Methods Clinical characteristics and curative effect of 36 patients with non-acuted-phased exdural hematoma treated by the method of burr halo craniotomy with urokinase clot lysis and double-cavity irrigation-drainage were analyzed retrospectively.Results All hematomas were removed in short time and no complications such as new bleeding,intracranial infection were accompanied.Conclusion Burr halo craniotomy with urokinase clot lysis and double-cavity cannula irrigation-drainage for the treatment of non-acute-phased exdural hematomas is a simple,safe and effective way.
