逍遥丸与尼尔雌醇治疗围绝经期综合征临床疗效对比研究

Comparative study of curative effect of xiaoyao pilula and nylestriol on patients with climacteric syndrome

目的 观察逍遥丸与尼尔雌醇治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效与不良反应。方法 选择 4 2 5例围绝经期综合征病人 ,随机分为治疗组 2 2 2例与对照组 2 30例进行比较。结果 逍遥丸治疗组疗效明显 ,总有效率为 90 99% ,不良反应极小 ,差异均有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 逍遥丸治疗围绝经期综合征疗效好 ,不良反应少。

Objective To observe the curative effects and side effects of xiaoyao pilula and nylestrol on climacteric syndrome.Methods We chose 452 patients suffering from this disease and devided them into treatmental group(222 cases) and control group(230 cases).Results The curative effect of xiaoyao pitula in the treatmental group was obvious and the effective rate was 90.99% with little adverse reaction.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of xiaoyao pilula on climacteric syndrome is quite good with little side effects.
