摘要
激光辐照苎麻无性繁殖材料结果表明,一定剂量的CO_2,He-Ne激光辐照促进植株生长,一次或多次累加剂量过大将抑制苎麻生长,甚至产生致死效应,同时,植株的株形、叶形等也发生了一些变化,He-Ne激光辐照还有利于提高苎麻的抗寒、抗旱性。
The result of the laser radiation of ramie asexual propagation materials showed: the radiation of CO2, He-Ne laser with proper dosage accelerated the growth of the plants , the radiation, when the total dosage of once or several times was used too high, inhibited the growth or even killed the plants, and the shape of the p'ant. And leaf changed simultaneously, He-Ne laser radiation was beneficial for the improvement of cold and drought resistance
