摘要
本文报道了激光诱发甜橙芽变的效应。经过12年对激光辐射接穗高接的第一营养世代及第二营养世代的观测分析,诱发其芽变效应,并鉴定筛选出锦橙的少核、晚熟及固酸比较高的变异枝序,为激光柑桔育种提供了依据和选育的材料。
It is reported that laser can induce the mutatin of bud of sweet orange. Through observing and analysing the effect of the first and seeond vegetative generation from scion radiated by laser with graft into the branch of sweet orange with 12 years,we have selected late-maturity,seedless and highsoluble -solids varietyof sweet orange, which has provided with the material and theory basis for citrus breeding by laser.
