无机钛硅原料合成TS-1对环己酮氨氧化的催化性能 被引量:9

Catalytic Properties of Titanium Silicalite-1 Prepared by Mineral Materials for the Cyclohexanone Ammoximation

摘要 考察了无机钛硅原料 TS- 1合成过程中晶种、促进剂、动静态及样品预处理对催化环己酮氨氧化反应性能的影响 .结果表明 :合成条件对 TS- 1样品晶粒尺寸影响较大 ;样品晶粒尺寸较大而引起的晶内扩散限制是无机钛硅原料 TS- 1催化性能降低的最主要的原因 ;样品预处理可以较大幅度地提高环己酮的转化率及肟的收率 .在动态加晶种条件下合成的 TS- 1晶粒较小 ,经预处理后环己酮的转化率可达 97%以上 ,肟的收率 94 %以上 . The influence of the synthetic process on the catalytic pr operties of titanium silicalite 1 prepared by mineral materials was studied. The ammoximati o n of cyclohexanone was used to characterize the catalytic activity of the TS 1 sa mples. The results showed that adding seeds or promoter and stirring in TS 1 sy n thetic process affected the catalytic properties greatly; intracrystalline diffu sion activity was the main factor that reduced the catalytic properties of TS 1 s amples. The TS 1 catalytic properties could be improved greatly by pretreating t he TS 1 with H -2O -2 and H -2SO -4. With adding seeds in dynamic state smaller crystal size TS 1 sample was obtained, and after pretreatment the cyclohexanone conver sion and oxime yield could reach to 97% and 94% respectively.
