优质高产多抗小麦新品种鲁麦16的育成

摘要 鲁麦16是以高八为母本,偃大72-629为父本的F_1代干种子,经氦氖激光照射后选育而成。具有品质优,综合农艺性状好、高产稳产、株型紧凑,矮秆抗倒、高抗条锈病、抗干热风、早熟、较抗寒、播期弹性大等特点。作者认为激光处理F_1代种子时,杂交组合中至少包含一个具有多抗性优质亲本和一个在当地只有多抗丰产的农艺亲本。冬春杂交,后代采用品质、产量、多抗性同步选择时,成功的可能性大。 Bred from cross combination Caoba x Yanda 72-629, F1 treated with Laser, Lumai 16 possesses characters of compact plant type, short stem, stripe rust resistance, dry and hot air resistance, early maturing, long seeding time, high-quality and high-yield etc with volume weight of 772-850 g/L, wet gluton content 39.1%, dry gluton content 12.7%, S.D.S.sendim-entation value 57ml, flour ash content 0.47%, flour white grade 83.7uA, bread volume 755ml, specific volume 5.3ml/g. For successful breeding of a wheat variety, it was believed that following points were important. 1. In the cross combinations, there is at least one multi-resistant parent and an agronomical parent of high-yield that can make up for defects of the high-quality parent. 2. Fl is treated with Laser. 3.Hybridization of winter wheat with spring wheat. 4. Filial generations are selected synchronously in quality, yield, and resistance etc
