热处理对铸态双相不锈钢中δ-铁素体的影响 被引量:5

摘要 研究了不同热处理温度和保温时间对双相不锈钢0Cr17Mn14Mo2N(A4钢的)铸态组织中δ-铁素体含量及形态的影响.发现在1050~1150℃之间加热时,奥氏体基体上分布着球状的及长条形的δ 铁素体,且加热温度越高保温时间越长,铁素体的球化率越高.在1250℃加热保温时间小于8h时,组织全部由等轴状的δ 铁素体组成;当保温时间大于8h或加热温度高于1250℃时,组织由δ 铁素体和奥氏体两相组成,铁素体为尖角网状分布. The effect of the different heat treatment temperature and hold time on the cont ent and morphology of δFerrite in the duplex stainless steel 0Cr17Mn14Mo2N as cast were studied in this article. The results are as follows: when the heat temperature is between 1?050?℃ and 1?150?℃, the spheroid and strip δFerrite uniformly distributed in the Austenite matrix, and thehigher the tem perature and thelonger the hold time, the higher the δFerrite content and the spheroized rate.When the temperature is 1?250?℃ and the hold time is less t han 8 hours the microstructure are all consist of isometric δFerrite. When th e hold time are more than 8 hours or the heat temperature is higher than 1?250 ?℃, the microstructure are consist of two phase one is the matrix Austenite th e other is acute angle δFerrite. 
