突发式光发射模块消光比和关断光功率的优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对突发式光发射模块的特点 ,讨论了突发式发射模块的消光比和关断光功率之间的关系 ,给出了有效的计算方法 ,并在项目研究中就改善突发式光发射模块的性能对消光比和减小关断光功率进行优化 ,提出了电路的设计方法 ,在实验中得到了很好的测试结果 . This paper, based on the analysis of burst mode transmitter, described the relation between extinction ratio and turn-off optical power of burst mode transmitter, and offered a calculating method. It used this method in a research project of a burst mode transmitter, so as to have a good quality burst mode transmitter. This is validated by the transmitter testing data.
