A Study of Simulating Dynamic Process of Diesel Engines

摘要 以非增压柴油机为研究对象建立了零维模型 ,模拟了非增压柴油机的稳态特性和调速过程 ,实验表明 ,仿真精度达到了误差 2 %以下 .从动态过程控制器设计的角度 ,对动态模型进行了简化 ,简化后的模型保持了柴油机动力特性的非线性特征 ,其调速过程仿真精度达到了 95 % . A zero-dimensional model for a naturally aspirated diesel engine has been established in this paper. The stable performance and dynamic characteristics of the diesel engine has been simulated and tested. The tolerance of modeling is less than 2%. The dynamic model has been simplified from the point of view of desiring of controller design. The simplified model has the nonlinear characteristics of the diesel engine and its accuracy of dynamic process modeling has reached to 95%.
