摘要
介绍了一套自主开发研制的 CNG电控喷射系统 ,并利用该系统将一台 D6 1 1 4增压柴油机改装成了柴油 /CNG双燃料发动机 .台架试验表明 :相对于原型机 ,改装后的双燃料发动机碳烟的排放量下降 5 0 %以上 ,常用工况柴油替代率超过 5 0 % ,燃料成本下降 2 0 %以上 .
A set of a self-developed electrical control CNG injection system is introduced. Using the system, a D6114 turbocharged diesel engine is reintegraged into a dual-fuel engine. The results of the changed engine declined more then 50% compared to the prototype engine, and the substituted rate of diesel is more then 50% in normal condition, which makes the cost of fuel decrease more then 20%.
