摘要
介绍武钢热轧厂 1 70 0 mm精轧机组直流传动数字控制系统 ,说明其控制原理、特点、组成及软件功能 .该系统是对原模拟控制系统的改进 ,可控硅元件采用大功率可控硅 ,并采用标准两环数字控制结构 ,通过软件对转速和电流进行数字控制 ,改善了系统的响应速度和稳定性 ,取得了良好的控制效果 .该思路同样适用于对同类生产线电气设备的改造 .
This paper introduces the DC drive digital control system for 1700mm finishing mill of MISCO Hot Rolling Mill, gives the control principle, characteristics, configuration and the software function. This system is an improvement of the old analog control system, uses the high-power thyristor. The control system uses double-loop digital control configuration. The rotate speed and the current are controlled by software. It shows that the new system has improved the response speed and the reliability, and has got excellent performance. The idea of this solution is suitable to other hot rolling product lines.
