垃圾燃料电站汽轮机叶片结垢原因分析及预防措施

CAUSE ANALYSIS OF TURBINE BLADE SCALING IN A POWER PLANT USING MSW AS FUEL AND PREVENTIVE MEASURES THEREOF

深圳市我国第一座垃圾燃料电站的汽轮机自投运以来 ,叶片长期存在较严重的结垢 ,威协到机组的安全、稳定运行 ,使城市垃圾焚烧处理的能力也受到严重影响。为此 ,对机组的运行方式 ,运行参数及化学水监督等方面进行综合分析 ,找出汽轮机叶片长期严重结垢的原因 ,采取多项改进措施 ,取得了显著效果 。

Comparatively serious blade scaling on steam turbines of a power plant in Shenzhen City firstly using municipal solid waste (MSW) as its fuel in our country during a long-time period after putting said units into operation has been described, threatening safe and stable operation of said units, making also serious influence upon the treatment capability of incinerating MSW. For these reasons, a comprehensive analysis has been made from many aspects, such as the operation mode of units, operational parameters, and monitoring water quality after chemical treatment etc., finding out the causes of serious turbine blade scaling during long-time period of operation, adopting some improvement measures, obtaining obvious results, having value of reference to promote the development of power plants by using MSW as fuels in our country.
