摘要
针对娘子关发电厂烟风道振动和引风机振动现象 ,通过频谱测试和热态试验分析了其产生的原因。分析认为 ,振动主要由送风机与送风管道阻力不匹配、风道加固质量差以及引风机叶轮积灰等所致。将送风机改为 5 5 3型高效送风机 ,引风机改为 4 68型直板叶片风机 ,并加固烟道后 。
In view of phenomena concerning gas and air ducts' vibration as well as vibration due to fans' fouling in Niangziguan Power Plant, causes leading to occurance of said phenomena have been analysed through frequency spectrum test and hot state test. It is considered that the main causes leading to said vibration are: out-of-matching between forced draft fan and the resistance of draft air pipeline, bad quality of fixing the air ducts, and ash deposition on the bladed disc of induced draft fan, etc. After retrofitting the forced draft fan as 5-53 type high-effective one, and the induced draft fan as 4-6B type fan with straight-plate blades, as well as consolidating the gas duct, the said vibration problems have been solved.
