摘要 构建无选择标记的玉米高光效基因植物表达载体,旨在利用共转化系统获得无标记基因的高光效转基因植物. Markerfree expression vector of PEPC gene for plant genetic transformation was constructed. So the markerfree transgenic plant could be obtained by cotransformation system.
