摘要
对番鸭种蛋蛋重、蛋形指数、蛋密度和蛋壳条纹(条纹蛋)与孵化率的相关性进行试验测定.结果表明:(1)蛋重为70.1-80.0g时,孵化率可达85.75%-86.0%;<70.0g或>85.1g时,孵化率分别降为71.9%和75.0%.(2)蛋形指数为1.311-1.400时,孵化率高达83.15%-87.6%;<1.310或>1.430时,孵化率则降为75.9%和69.0%.(3)蛋密度为1.085-1.095g·cm-3时,孵化率达83.7%-86.1%;<1.085g·cm-3时,孵化率仅为64.9%.(4)正常番鸭种蛋(壳上无条纹)失重率显著低于条纹蛋,而孵化率(88.5%)显著高于条纹蛋(64.3%).
In order to improve the hatchability of muscovy duck's hatching eggs, the correlation between egg weight, index of egg shape, egg density, egg stripe and egg hatchability was investigated. The result showed: the highest hatchability (85.7%-86.0%) was obtained when an egg weighed 70.1-84.0 g. When an egg weighed less than 70.0 g or more than 85.1 g, the hatchabilities decreased significantly,which were 71.9% and 75.0% respectively. The highest hatchabilities were found in the groups in which indexes of egg shape were between 1.311 and 1.400, reaching 83.1%-87.6%; when the indexes of egg shape were less than 1.310 or more than 1.430, the hatchabilities decreased to 75.9% and 69.0% respectively. The highest hatchabilities were found in the groups in which the egg density ranged from 1.085 to 1.095 g·cm-3, reaching 83.7%-86.1%. When the egg density was less than 1.085, the hatchability decreased to 64.9%.The relative weight loss rate of normal eggs was significantly lower than that of striped eggs, and the hatchability of normal eggs was significantly higher than that of striped eggs.
