驱铅灵对铅染毒大鼠血铅含量的影响

An Experimental Study on the Therapeutic Effects of Quqianling Formula on the Lead Level in Plasma among Rats with Lead Poisoning

目的观察中药复方驱铅灵降低铅染毒大鼠血铅含量的效果。方法将SD大鼠分成 6组 [正常对照组 ,模型对照组 ,低、中、高剂量中药驱铅灵组 ,EDTA(依地酸钙钠 )组 ],以醋酸铅灌胃造模 ,以中药复方驱铅灵及EDTA进行驱铅治疗 ,以石墨炉无火焰原子吸收光谱法检测血铅浓度。结果驱铅灵组及EDTA组大鼠血铅浓度显著低于模型对照组。

?Objective To investigate the therpeutic effect of Quqianling Formula (QF) on the lead level in plasma of rats with lead poisoning.Methods Poisoning model of lead was prepared by gastric perfusion with lead acetate. Then,the animals were randomly divided into 6 groups,i.e.normal group (NG),modeling group (MG),QF treating groups (3 groups with different dosages of QF) and EDTA group. The lead content in plasma was determined by atomic absorption photometry with non flame graphite oven. Results The lead contents of plasma in QF treating groups and EDTA group were significantly lower than that of MG. Conclusion QF holds significant therapeutic effects on the lead poisonous rats to reduce their lead contents in plasma. 〔
