摘要
通过计算机控制的步进电机驱动反射镜法 ,研究成功了可控制相移量的相移系统 并利用周边固定、中心加载圆盘进行了实验 ,实验证明 :利用该系统可得到清晰、稳定的剪切散斑条纹 ,所表达的离面位移导数可以量化表示
Using the method of a step motor driving reflection mirror which is controlled by conputer,the phase shift system which may controll the phase shift quantity is sucessfully achieved.In experiment,A centrally loaded clamped circular is used.The result indicate that this system can get clear,stablely shearing scatted speckle fringe,the displacement derivative of deviated surface can be quantizated and accuratelly measured in fixed quantity.
