摘要
针对轮胎摩擦离合器设计中橡胶元件轮胎的刚度问题 ,采用有限元分析的方法 ,对轮胎中的橡胶及帘子布分别赋以不同的参数值 ,并利用板壳理论来解决帘子布的承拉问题 ,计算结果经与试验结果比较 ,表明本文的处理方法很好的解决了轮胎的刚度计算问题 ,为轮胎的设计提供了依据。
In view of the rigidity problem of rubber tyre element in design of a tyre friction clutch,by using finite element analysis(FEA)method,rubber and blind fabric of the tyre element are assigned different parameters respectively,at the same time,the pushing and pulling problem of the blind fabric is solved by means of the shell theory.A comparison between the calculation results and test data shows that the method put forward in this paper can be used to solve the rigidity calculation problem of rubber tyre and therefore applied to rubber tyre design.
