无溶剂法合成蔗糖脂肪酸酯工艺的研究

Preparation of Sucrose Esters by the Solventless Method

提出了无溶剂法合成非离子表面活性剂——蔗糖脂肪酸酯的工艺流程、操作条件和精制方法。该工艺流程以高级脂肪酸为原料,经与甲醇反应制得脂肪酸甲脂,然后在催化剂存在下与蔗糖于130～140℃、0.01MPa条件下进行酯交换反应,直接合成蔗糖脂肪酸酯;粗产品经盐水洗涤后得到质量分数为53.43％的蔗糖酯产品,其中单酯32.8％,双脂35.5％,三酯31.7％,产品再经有机溶剂处理,可将总蔗糖酯质量分数提高到91.62％。收率49.83％(以甲酯计)。

The present paper relates to a process for obtaining SE( sugar fatty acid esters)from methyl ester of aliphatic acid, which is prepared by the reaction between a higher fatty acid and a methyl alcohol, and sucrose in the presence of catalyst. In this process a few surfactants is utilized as promoter, instead of using any solvent as reaction medium. The quality indexes of product accord with GB10617 - 89.
