摘要
[目的]确定三种浓度氟涂膜对乳牙牙釉质抗酸性的影响.[方法]乳牙45个,随机分为3组,开窗,分别涂布2000ppm、5000ppm、10000ppm氟涂膜,随后置入脱矿液中脱矿24h,然后测量酸蚀液中钙的溶出量,并进行统计学分析.[结果] 10000ppm组与5000ppm组、2000ppm组的抗酸性有差别,P<0,05;而5000ppm组与2000ppm组之间无差别,P>0,05.[结论]10000ppm的含氟涂膜抑制牙釉质脱矿的效果比5000ppm及2000ppm的氟涂膜好,所以临床应用时可考虑含氟浓度为10000ppm的氟涂膜.
[Objective] To determine the effect of fluoride varnish concentrations on the acid resistance of deciduous teeth enamel in vitra. [Method] Fourty-five non-caries dediduous teeth enamels were randomly divided into three groups with 15 in each. The teeth were fenestrated on the labial middle surface and the rest parts of the teeth were coered with red nail polish. The exposed areas were treated with 10000ppm, 5 000 ppm, 2000ppm fluoride carnish respectively. Then the specimens were demineralized for 24 h, and the amount of calcium dissolved in the acidic solution was determined. [Result] The acid resistance of enamel between 2 000 ppm and 5 000 ppm treatment groups was not significantly different. The acid resistance of enamel between other groups was significantly different. [Conclusions) The effect of fluoride varnish with fluoride concentration of 10000ppm to inhibit the demineralization of enamel is better than that of the 2 000 ppm and 5 000 ppm. So, in clinical applications, we can take account of the fluoride varnish concentration of 10000ppm to prevent caries.
