失眠患者的耳穴诊断及耳穴贴压疗效观察

Auricular acupoint diagnosis and observation of auricular point sticking for the patients with insomnia

[目的]探索大学生失眠患者的耳穴敏感点及耳压治疗效果.[方法]对43例大学生失眠患者和40例健康大学生作了耳穴敏感点测定,同时对患者进行了耳穴贴压治疗.[结果]失眠患者阳性例数在65％以上的敏感点有皮质下、心、神门、枕、垂前、脾等6点,而健康大学生上述6点阳性例数明显减少,经统计学处理,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01).失眠患者治疗后痊愈8例,显效13例,好转18例,无效4例,总有效率为90.7％.[结论]耳穴贴压敏感点治疗失眠疗效满意,可推广应用于学生患者.

[Objective] To explore tender spots on the ears of insomniacs and curative effect of auricular point sticking. [Methods] The author detected the tender spots on the ears of 43 cases of insomniacs and 40 healthy college students. At the same time, the patients with insomnia were treated with auricular point sticking. [Results] Over 65 percent of those with insomnia are found positively tender at 6 auricular points including subcortex, heart, ear shenmen, occiput, anterior ear lobe and spleen and the decrease of cases with the positive tenderness in the healthy college student is remarkable. Statistical processing reveals the noticeable difference between the two groups. After trerapy, 8 cases are cured, 13 markedly effective, 18 impoved and 4 unchanged. The total effective rate is 90.7%. [Conclusion] Auricular point sticking in patients with insomnia is effective and can be popularized among the students with insomnia.
