角度调谐的光参量振荡器的详细理论计算和实验研究。给出了非共线匹配角度调谐的理论曲线和实验结果,两者符合得很好。最大可调谐输出6mJ,转换效率23％。
The detail theoretical calculation and experimental research on angular tuning OPO, the theore- tical calculation curve and experimental results of angular tuning of non-collinear phase-matching are presented in this pepar, the theoretical curve agree with that of experimental quite well. The maximum output is 6mJ, the inversion efficiency is 23％.
