摘要
本文讨论了气体激光器激励参量之间的相互关系。研究了相对激发度在什么范围时三阶理论可用于分析气体激光器的运转。提出了一种测量相对激发度的新方法。
In this paper, the relation between the excitation parameters of the gas laser is discussed. The region of the relative excitations has been studied, in this region the third-order theory can be applied to analysis the operation of the gas laser. A new m ethod of measurement of relative excitation is proposed.
