激素替代治疗与妇科恶性肿瘤
摘要
随着社会经济的发展,人类寿命在延长,妇女一生中将有1/4～1/3的时间在绝经后度过。为改善绝经后潮热多汗、骨质疏松、阴道萎缩等症状,临床医生开始用小剂量雌激素治疗绝经期症状,提高绝经后妇女的生活质量。20世纪70年代,雌激素替代疗法风靡一时,雌激素成了永远年轻的代名词。但到了70年代中期。
