摘要 研究了ABA、多效唑(PP333)和烯效唑(S-3307)对矮生狗牙根抗旱性的影响。结果表明,在干旱条件下,ABA,PP333和S-3307均提高了矮生狗牙根的相对含水量,提高了抗旱性。ABA和S-3307处理后矮生狗牙根蒸腾失水量减小;50mg/L的PP333提高矮生狗牙根的过氧化物酶(POD)活性,10mg/L的S-3307提高过氧化氢酶(CAT)和POD活性,而5mg/L的ABA处理后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、CAT和POD活性均增高。 The effects of abscisic acid (ABA), paclobutrazol (PP333) and uniconazole (S3307) on the drought resistance of tifdwarf bermudagrass were studied. Tifdwarf bermudagrass was subjected to soil drought stress by withholding watering at the second day after spraying ABA, PP333 and S3307. The physiological effects were measured. The results showed that ABA, PP333 and S3307 increased the relative water content of tifdwarf bermudagrass and therefore increased the drought resistance. The transpired water loss was reduced by ABA and S3307. The effects of ABA (5 mg/L), PP333 (50 mg/L) and S3307 (10 mg/L) on the antioxidant enzymes were further determined under drought stress. The results showed that SOD activity was not affected by PP333 and S3307, but increased by ABA. CAT activity was increased by ABA and S3307, but not affected by PP333. POD activity was increased by ABA, PP333 and S3307.
