摘要
研究了ABA、多效唑(PP333)和烯效唑(S-3307)对矮生狗牙根抗旱性的影响。结果表明,在干旱条件下,ABA,PP333和S-3307均提高了矮生狗牙根的相对含水量,提高了抗旱性。ABA和S-3307处理后矮生狗牙根蒸腾失水量减小;50mg/L的PP333提高矮生狗牙根的过氧化物酶(POD)活性,10mg/L的S-3307提高过氧化氢酶(CAT)和POD活性,而5mg/L的ABA处理后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、CAT和POD活性均增高。
The effects of abscisic acid (ABA), paclobutrazol (PP333) and uniconazole (S3307) on the drought resistance of tifdwarf bermudagrass were studied. Tifdwarf bermudagrass was subjected to soil drought stress by withholding watering at the second day after spraying ABA, PP333 and S3307. The physiological effects were measured. The results showed that ABA, PP333 and S3307 increased the relative water content of tifdwarf bermudagrass and therefore increased the drought resistance. The transpired water loss was reduced by ABA and S3307. The effects of ABA (5 mg/L), PP333 (50 mg/L) and S3307 (10 mg/L) on the antioxidant enzymes were further determined under drought stress. The results showed that SOD activity was not affected by PP333 and S3307, but increased by ABA. CAT activity was increased by ABA and S3307, but not affected by PP333. POD activity was increased by ABA, PP333 and S3307.
