摘要
通过3个水分水平下施肥对春小麦根系生长发育影响的研究,说明在水分胁迫情况下施肥对于春小麦根系的影响作用。结果表明,随着水分胁迫的加剧,小麦根系的体积、干重、根总长、根系活跃吸收面积、根系活力以及地上部干重和株高明显或显著降低,小麦根系的各项指标之间存在着显著的正相关关系。施磷可以提高和增大根体积、根干重、根总长、根系活跃吸收面积和根系活力以及地上部干重和株高。在轻度水分胁迫下,施氮对小麦根系的生长发育有明显的促进作用。表明施肥能加强作物对干旱缺水环境的适应能力,提高作物的抗旱性,但这种作用受到土壤含水量的强烈影响。
The relations between the fertilizers and root characteristics of spring wheat under water stress were studied. The results showed that: the root growth and physiologic characters were closely related with soil water content. With the water stress aggravating and developing, root volume, root dry weight, root total length, root activity, root actively absorbing area, straw dry weight and straw length were reduced. Application of fertilizers could increase and raise root volume, root dry weight, root total length, root activity, root active absorb area, straw dry weight and straw length under water stress. Application of N nutrition could promote root growth and development under light water stress. These indicate that applying fertilizers could strengthen crop suitable ability to dry surrounding and increase crop drought resistance, but the action of fertilizers is strongly influenced by soil water content.
