带血管蒂髂骨膜植入治疗儿童股骨头无菌性坏死

Vascular Pedicled Iliac Periosteal Wtih The Lateral Circumflex Femoral Vessels Transfer for The Treatment of Asceptic Necrosis of Femoral Head in Children

目的 :探讨应用带血管蒂骨膜植入在治疗儿童股骨头无菌性坏死过程中的作用。方法 :自 1996年 9月～2 0 0 0年 4月采用滑膜切除 ,开窗减压、死骨刮除及带旋股外侧血管蒂骨膜植入综合方法治疗儿童股骨头无菌性坏死2 6例。结果 :以髋关节功能和X线片改变为评定标准 ,本组优良率 92 .3% ,取得了良好效果。结论 :该方法是一种安全、有效。

Objective:To analyse and investigate into the funtions of vascular pedicled iliac periosteal with the lateral circumflex femoral vascular transfer mechanism in the process of treatment of asceptic necrosis of femoral head in children.Methods:From Sep 1996 to Apr 2000,a total of 26 patients were treated with a complex procedure including synovectomy,fenestration,curettage,and vascularized iliac periosteal graft with the lateral circumflex femoral vessels.Results:According to the criteria of evaluation of the function of hip joint and the changes of femoral head in X-ray film,an excellent and good rate of 92.3 % was made in the study group.Concluion:This method is safe,efficient,praktical and convenient.
