创伤性浮膝的疗效分析

Analysis of the therapeutic effect of floating knee injury

目的 :探讨创伤性浮膝的治疗方法。方法 :回顾性分析我院自 1993年～ 2 0 0 1年共收治 4 6例浮膝损伤患者的治疗及预后情况。治疗方法分为交锁髓内钉 ,非交锁髓内钉内固定 ,保守治疗。将三组的疗效、预后进行分析。结果 :采取内固定治疗者其疗效、预后优于保守治疗组 ,其中以交锁髓内钉治疗者更为明显。结论 :在创伤性浮膝治疗中采取交锁髓内钉内固定 。

Objective:To research the therapeutic methods of the floating knee injury.Methods:Through review the treatment and recovery of 46 cases with injury floating knee from 1993 to 2001 in our hospital.According to different therapeutic effect and recovery conditions.The patients were devided into three groups,Locked Intramedullary Nail group,Unlocked Intramedullary Nail group and conservative treatment group.Result:Among these three group,the locked Intramedullary Nail group was the most effective one.Conclution:To treat the injury floating knee with locked Intramedullary nail is a effective method.
