摘要
本文介绍了位置敏感器件(PSD)的结构和原理。提出了利用“敏感器包”在近距离对目标的距离和姿态进行高精度测量的设计依据和试验模型。
The paper describes the structure and principle of PSD. Design consideration and bradboard model are resented for sensor package for highly precise measurements of position and attitude of in the short range.
