摘要
本文综述了近年来用异羟肟酸化学模拟铁载体蛋白的研究进展,讨论了铁色素铁载体蛋白,铁草铵铁载体蛋白和玫红酵母酸铁载体蛋白这三类模型分子对Fe(III)的络合性能及其生物活性。
Advances in the artificial hydroxamate siderophore analogs developed in recent years were reviewed,and the coordination properties of biomimetic ferrichrome analogs,biomimetic ferrioxamine analogs and biomimetic rhodorulic acid analogs for Fe(III) and their bioactivity were also discussed.
