正确认识和处理收入差距问题是关涉到正确处理新时期人民内部矛盾的一个政治课题。我们不能低估目前我国收入差距扩大的严重性。当然 ,这种“严重性”现仍处在基尼系数所容许的范围之内。必须指出的是 ,我们如果对收入差距现象熟视无睹 ,不坚决采取更有效的对策 ,其结局将可能是悲剧性的。

Nowadays the income distribution expanding in China and the expanding tendency have attracted people's attention.To see and handle the problem correctly is a political subject involving correctly dealing with contradictions among the people.We must analyze the phenomenon scientifically and dialectically because rational,lawful and moderate gap has positive effect on the development of economic society.We can't ignore the situation.We must take more effective countermeasure or the consequence is tragic.
