埃力生反倾销案是中国入世后钢铁行业胜诉国外反倾销的第一案 ,对国内企业有着重要的借鉴意义。入世后中国仍然是实施反倾销制裁措施的最大受害国 ,反倾销胜诉的因素是政府、商会、企业自身 ,企业、国家在应对反倾销中各有其责。

The case of Erison Anti\|dumping is the first successful one in the foreign related cases in Chinese steel and iron industry after the entry to WTO.It has great importance to native enterprises.China is still in the disadvantage position when encountering the sanction of anti\|dumping.Goverment,chamber of commerce and enterprises should be all reponsible for this kind of cases.
