摘要
学分制在世界高校中已施行 10 0多年 ,我国高校全面推行学分制是近 2 0年来实施教学管理改革的一项重要举措。伴随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善 ,生产力的不断进步和科学技术的迅猛发展 ,高等教育必然要融入国际教育的大市场。学分制作为一种世界性的高等学校的教学管理制度 ,我们要根据自己的国情有选择地吸收和借鉴世界各国的成功经验 ,并在积极推广发展的同时不断地改革和完善它。
The credit system has been working for more than a century in foreign universities,while native high schools adapted it 20 years ago.Higher education is sure to step into the international education world with the Chinese opening and developing market economy.Our high schools must choose the suitable credit system and their advanced experiences from outer as a teaching administration rules,and improve it constrantly.
