我国应借鉴芬兰高等职业教育的发展经验 ,积极推进职业资格证书制度 ,设置高等技术学位 ,突出高职教育地方化、行业化及职业技术的特色 ,加强产学合作 ,加大自身改革的力度 ,并以相关的法律法规来支持高职教育的发展。

To improve Chinese development of professional education,we should study Finnish experience in professional education.And the following points should be highly regarded: labor market admittance system;professional certificate system; cooperation between industry and professional education colleges;offering degree programmes;reformation on out\|of\|date management system;law and regulation construction.
