降血压食品功能因子对造模高血压家兔功效的研究

Effects of Functional Factors in Blood Pressure Lowering Food on Hypertensive Rabbit

目的 :制备家兔高血压模型 ;观察降血压食品功能因子 (葛根和银杏叶 )对模型降压作用。方法 :用L NNA(左旋硝基精氨酸 )注射家兔腹腔制备高血压模型 ,用葛根、银杏叶及中药降血压。结果 :由于造模组家兔血压不稳定 ,银中组及葛 +银组分别对收缩压和舒张压有上升趋势 ;而对其压差有下降作用 :模型组、葛根大剂量组和中药组与正常组比较分别P <0 0 5、P <0 0 1和P<0 0 5 ;对心率有减慢作用 :银杏叶大剂量组与正常组比较P <0 0 1、与模型组比较P <0 0 5 ;对心指数有增大作用 :葛根大剂量组、中药组心指数增大 ,与西药比较P <0 0 1、P <0 0 5。结论 :降血压食品功能因子对人工造模的高血压家兔的压差、心率、心指数等有一定的影响。

Prepared the hypertensive model of rabbit;observed the foodstuff (Roots of Kudzu Vine & Leafs of Ginkgo) with the functional gene how to operate the model and depress the bolld pressure.Methods:Injected L NNA into the abdomen of rabbit to settle the hypertensive model,then used the roots of Kudzu Vine,leafs of Ginkgo and Chinese traditional medicine to depress the blood pressure.Results:The blood pressure of the model rabbit were unsteady,but the genes have a certain effect to deal with the differential pressure,heart rate,heart exponent and weigh ( P <0 05 or 0 01).
