摘要
本文通过深入分析模耦合理论及其有关参量的关系,讨论了LiNbO_3介质波导在低电压驱动下高效率的模式转换特性与滤波特性。指出了合理的电极结构设计可显著地减小电极间距与提高交迭系数,大大地减小驱动电压。
The coupled-mode theory and the relation between these couple parameters have been analysised carefully. The properties of efficient mode conversion and filter in LiNbO_3 dielectric waveguide with low drive voltage are discussed It follows that the interelectrode gap can be decreased significantly and the overlap coefficient improved and then the drive voltage is reduced considerably by rational design of the electrode structure.
