238例鼻内镜微创手术治疗体会

A Discussing on the Experience with Microtraumatic Endoscopic Sinus Surgery Done among 238 Cases

目的 探讨鼻内镜微创手术治疗鼻窦炎的体会。方法 对1996年6月～2002年4月应用本术式治疗并随访半年以上的238例鼻窦炎资料,按海口标准进行疗效分析。结果 治疗结果,本组病例治愈率86.1％,好转率10.0％,无效3.8％。结论 鼻内镜微创手术中,尽量保留组织,有利于功能保存与恢复。再辅以综合治疗及中药治疗,可取得良好疗效。

Objective To sum up the clinical experience with the microtraumatic endoscopic sinus surgery(ESS) in the treatment of chronic sinusitis. Methods A retrospective study was carried out on a group of cases with chronic sinusitis, treated by microtraumatic ESS from Jun, 1996 to Apr, 2002. In this study, careful analysis was made on their clinical data to see the association of surgical procedures with the therapeutic effectiveness, determined according to the standards made at Haikou conference. Results In this group of cases, the curative rate was 86. 1%, improved rate was 10. 0% and ineffective rate was 3. 8%. Conclusions During the process of microtraumatic ESS, the sinal mucosa should be reserved as more as possible in order to conserve the mucosal function and/or to promote its function recovering. When added with combined therapy and herbal medicine after operation, this therapy will be much more effective for the treatment of this lesion.
