Studies on Two-wavelength Laser Ranging System and Its Accuracy

摘要 本文介绍用毫微秒脉宽YAG激光器的基频光(1.064μm)和倍频光(0.532μm)进行双波长激光测距的研究结果。实验装置的测时精度优于22ps(r. m. s.),测距精度优于15cm。若将二倍频改为三倍频(0.355μm)或对输出的二波长激光的脉冲峰值相对抖动进行修正,则测距精度可达厘米级。 Some results of a two-wavelength laser ranging, system with ns pulsewidth YAG laser(1.06μm)and its second harmonic wave(0.532μm) are presented in this paper. The system has a timing accuracy of 22ps (r. m. s), ranging accuracy prior to 15cm. With a change of second harmonic wave to triple-frequency (0.355 μm) a correction for the time jitter of the output of two-wavelength pulse interval, the ranging system can teach an accuracy of centimeters.
