鼻敏宁对变态反应性鼻炎鼻粘膜相关介质的含量及比值的影响

An experimental study on the effect of Biminning on the associated mediums and their ratios in nasal mucosa of animals with experimental allergic rhinitis

目的 进一步探讨鼻敏宁对变态反应性鼻炎鼻粘膜各种不同介质含量的影响和相互关系的调整效果。方法 制作变态反应性鼻炎动物模型,以鼻敏宁干预后,观察几对具有相互拮抗作用的指标变化,包括CD4/CD8,IL-4/IFN-r,SP/NPY,CGRP/NPY,PGE_2/TXB_2。结果 上述指标在变态反应性鼻炎模型组均表现异常,与正常对照组相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),鼻敏宁干预后恢复正常,与正常对照组相比差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论 鼻敏宁能有效的干预和抑制变态反应性鼻炎的反应过程,保持体内免疫平衡,调节血管神经—免疫反应。

Objective To investigate the regulating effect of Biminning (BMN) on the contents of various mediums in nasal mucosa and their interactive effect among animals with experimental allergic rhinitis. Methods The model of allergic rhinitis was experimentally prepared among rabbits at first. Then, the changes of contents and ratios in the immunic mediums in nasal mucosa of these animals were determined, like CD4/CD8, IL-4/IFN-r,SP/NPY,CGRP/NPY and PGE2/TXB2,following the interfering with BMN. Results Compared with that of healthy controlling group, all the mediums stated as above showed very significantly changing in the contents and ratios among the animals of modeling group(P<0. 01). In contrast, the changing of these indexes was not very significant among those of treating group following the use of BMN, when compared also with that of healthy controlling group(P>0. 05). Conclusion BMN is effective in the interfering with the pathophysiological process of allergic rhinitis. It can keep a balanced status of immune function and regulate the reaction of blood vessels and nerve-immunity within the body to inhibit allergic reaction.
