玉屏风散加味综合治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

Clinical investigation on the therapeutic effect of a combined therapy with Supple mented Yupinfeng Powder on allergic rhinitis

目的 观察玉屏风散加味综合治疗对变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法 采用玉屏风散加味综合治疗变应性鼻炎79例,并设对照组常规治疗31例,对比观察其临床疗效。结果 近期疗效治疗组有效率为87.34％,对照组有效率为61.29％,差异有非常显著性意义(x_2=9.1772,P<0.01)。结论 玉屏风散加味综合治疗变应性鼻炎能显著缓解临床症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of a combined therapy with Supplemented Yupinfeng Powder (SYP) on allergic rhinitis (AR ). Methods 79 cases with AR were treated by the combined therapy with SYP as treating group and the other 31 cases with this condition were treated by routine therapy as controlling group. Then,the therapeutic effect on AR was compared between the two groups after the end of therapy. Results The effective rate following the therapy was 87. 34% in treating group and 61. 29% in controlling one,with very significant difference between them(P< 0. 01). Conclusion This combined therapy with SYP is a effective on cases with AR.
