在经济全球化和世界多极化的历史条件下,江泽民高瞻远瞩,提出了国际关系民主化思想。这一思想为世界上一切爱好和平的国家提供了一种有别于冷战思维的全新的思维模式,对于正确把握国际局势发展的大方向,制定正确的国际战略和对外政策,为社会主义现代化建设争取和平的国际环境和良好的周边环境,提供了理论指导和理论依据,具有重大现实意义。

Under the current international conditions, JIANG Ze min pointed out the democracy in international relations prospectively. His idea provides a brand new way of thinking which is different from the ideas of the cold war era. The process of diversity and of globalization of the world's economies, this idea provides us with the theoretical directions and foundations in the establishment of international strategy and foreign policy. It is beneficial for us to grasp the international development tendency accurately and create a peaceful international condition for the socialist modernization promotion. So it is instructive to our practice.
