摘要
本文介绍了用一台连续输出CO_2激光器对灰口铸铁表面进行的N-B共渗合金化处理,对处理后的合金层的结构,相形貌,耐磨性和硬度等性能进行测试和分析,结果表明:N-B激光合金化能使基体金属表面产生多种强化效应,而且表面性能有很大提高。
In this paper, the experimental procedures are presented for Nitro-Boroconizing alloying treatment of gray cast iron surface using a CW COt laser with an output power of 500-2000 W modulated CW. We also give a analysis of the phase structure,the phase morphology ,the distribution profile of the hardness and the resistance to Abrasion of the sample after laser treatment.The ezperimectal results indicate that the N-B laser alloying will give many strengthening effects on the base metal, so that the properties of gray cast iron surface will be greatly improved.
