中药蒲黄提取物对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

Protection of Typha Angustifolial L Extract Against Rats Cerebral Ischemia Reperfusion Injury

目的 观察蒲黄提取物对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用 ;方法 采用大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型 ;取SD大鼠 4 0只 ,随机分为 4组 ,给药组分别给予蒲黄提取物 0 .2 g/kg ,0 .4 g/kg灌胃 15d ;另设对照组及假手术组 ;观察脑组织乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性及丙二醛 (MDA)含量变化。结果 蒲黄提取物 0 .2 g/kg ,0 .4 g/kg灌服 ,可显著提高脑组织LDH及SOD活性 ,明显降低MDA含量。结论 蒲黄提取物对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤有明显的保护作用 ,其机制与其抗氧自由基损伤有关。

Objective To observe the protection of Typha angustifolial L extract against rats cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods Cerebral ischemia reperfusion models of rats were used, 40 rats were divided into 4 groups randomly to observe the activity of brain tissue lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) and content of malondial dehyde(MDA). Treated group was treated with Typha angustifolial L extract for 0.2 and/or 0.4g/kg for 15 days. Contract group and pseudo operational group were setup too.Results Treated group rats had increased obviously higher brain tissue LDH and SOD activity ,bud MDA content lower obviously.Conclusion Typha angustifolial L extract has an apparent protection against rats cerebral oxygen free radical Ischemia repefusion injury, its mechanism is related to anti oxygen free radical.
