指尖血管的显微解剖研究

The Microanatomy of Fingertip Blood Vessel

目的 了解指尖血管分布特点 ,为指尖再植提供形态学依据。方法 血管铸型、显微解剖。结果 指固有动脉的远侧掌横弓位于甲根水平、甲根平面以远和以近分别占 73% ,19%和 8% ,弓向远侧发出 0 .3mm以上的纵行分枝 (6±2 )支。静脉位于皮下 ,在甲根平面 ,外径 0 .3mm以上的静脉 (7± 2 )支主要分布在 35点和 79点 ,甲中平面以远已无外径达 0 .3mm的血管。动、静脉间存在有广泛的吻合。结论 指尖血管分布具有规律性 。

Objective The part distal to the finger nail root is defined as the fingertip. It is a special zone for replantation,We want to find the distribute route of fingertip blood vessel by microanatomy study.Methods 30 fingertips were studied under the microscope in fresh cadavers dy infusing methylene blue in the arteries.Results Artery.Five branches arise from the arterial arch.Two of the branches are situated on both sides of the insertion of the flexor digitorum profundus(FDP)tendon.They were 0.1~0.2mm in diameter. Three branches in the center were 0.2~0.3mm in diameter.Each of the five branches can beanastomosed.The starting point of the arterial branches was at the level of the lunula.Vein The palmar veins were very thin,of 0.1~0.4mm in diameter.They were larger on the radial aspect of the little finger and the ulnar aspect of the other fingers.The veins proximal to the level of the midpoint of the nail could.Conclusion The result showed that the vessels were terminal ramifications and had obvious patterns.
