摘要
针对应用于鱼雷控制系统的活塞式蓄压器 ,建立了描述蓄压器及其气体发生器作用过程的数学模型 ,并给出了数值解法。应用所建立的数学模型 ,针对一定结构和装药参数的蓄压器及其气体发生器进行了计算 ,得到了液压与时间关系和气压与时间关系等计算结果。通过计算结果与验证试验结果的对比分析 。
Aimed at the piston accumulator unit for use as the control system on torpedoes, a mathematical model for the accumulator and its gas generator was established, and its method of numerical calculation was given. On the basis of this model, relationships between gas pressure and hydraulic pressure to time for the accumulator and its gas generator of the certain structure and charge were obtained. By comparing the calculated results to the experimental data, the value of this mathematical model in the structural optimization of accumulators and in the design of its gas generators is apparently visible.
